'Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”'

Matthew 28:19-20

Our church has a long-standing history of outreach and community engagement through the selfless work of our Door-to-Door Ministry, Street Ministry and Hope for the Homeless Ministry. Commissioned is an outreach group that encompasses all of our outreach efforts as they grow and expand into our avenue of fulfilling the Great Commission.

Door-to-Door Ministry

Coordinator: Cheryl Woods
Door-to-Door Ministry meets monthly to go out and share the Gospel and love on those in our surrounding community. This is an opportunity to evangelize and witness to individuals within our local area. Door-to-Door also provides an opportunity to learn how to share the Gospel and what personal evangelization looks like. Sis. Cheryl Woods also offers opportunities for Outreach Trainings once per quarter to make sure that anyone who wants to participate is equipped with the necessary tools to make a Kingdom impact!

Street Ministry

Coordinator: Shontae Brown
Street Ministry meets monthly to go out and be a beacon of light, support, and encouragement in different areas of our community. You may find them in city parks, parking lots, recovery centers, soup kitchens, and anywhere else they can get the opportunity to love on our neighbors, spread the Gospel, and encourage and lift up others. Street Ministry is in a central location that is announced each month.

Hope for the Homeless Ministry

Coordinator: Ronald Chatting
Hope for the Homeless Ministry was birthed out of the personal devotion of Bro. Ronald Chatting to those who are less fortunate and struggle with homelessness. Hope for the Homeless participates in providing a  weekly meal for those in need, as well as quarterly supply drives and annual coat drives.
