Hebrews 10:25
After receiving the gift of salvation, we are instructed to grow deeper and more mature in our relationship with God. We prioritize discipleship groups to help our congregation work towards the spiritual maturity that we've been called to pursue. Discipleship groups meet on Wednesday evenings at 7pm. Our Winter discipleship groups will be topical. Take an opportunity to review the different topics and teachers, then fill out the form at the bottom of the page to sign up for a group!

Boundaries
Teacher: Cheryl Woods
Description:
Christians often focus so much on being loving and giving that they forget their own limits and limitations. This study will give you Biblically-based instructions on how to set boundaries with anyone in your life, including parents, spouses, children, co-workers, and even yourself. We will explore physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual boundaries and discover how sound boundaries give us the freedom to walk as the loving, giving, fulfilled individuals God created us to be.

Dealing With Your Debts & Debtors
Teacher: Doretha Johnson
Description:
Luke 17:1 says "...it is impossible but that offenses will come..."
In his book, The Bait of Satan, John Bevere warns - Don't be fooled! You will encounter offense and it is up to you how it will affect your relationship with God. Your response will determine your future.
If not dealt with, offense will eventually lead to (spiritual) death, but when you resist the temptation to be offended, God brings great victory. We must all come to the place where we trust God and not flesh.

Singleness & Dating in the Modern World
Teachers: Morgan Dowd & Jared Dowdy
Description:
In our modern world, we are inundated with opposite ends of the relationship spectrum. Social media has produced a dichotomy of relationship content for our consumption that has influenced an entire generation to believe that we are either destined for a glamorized version of the “single life” or a cookie-cutter version of marriage. In a world that glorifies romance and sex, many of us have fallen prey to the notion that Christian singleness is the least preferable path.
If you feel that way, or if you feel pressured to choose a “side” of this relationship dichotomy, join us as we explore the Biblical truths about singleness, dating, and marriage. Together, we will glean practical advice to navigate singleness and dating in the modern world, while hopefully avoiding common pitfalls that trip countless Christian singles in their daily walk with Christ.
